When you use our contact form, we collect: your name, email address, organisation (if provided), project stage, and project description. We do not collect any information automatically beyond what is standard for web servers (IP address, browser type, pages visited).

If Google Analytics is enabled, anonymous usage data is collected to help us understand how visitors use the site. This data cannot identify you personally.

How we use your information

Information submitted through the contact form is used solely to respond to your enquiry and assess whether we can help with your project. We may store your details in our project management tools to manage the enquiry.

Who we share your information with

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your form submission is processed by Resend (email delivery) and may be stored in Notion (project management). Both services process data in accordance with GDPR.

Data retention

We retain enquiry data for as long as it is needed to manage the business relationship. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing michael@polarismedtech.com.
